The custom crafted staircase position makes it a central piece of art surrounded by signature designer furniture. The staircase consists of three different sections, with different materials used in order to accentuate its importance and beauty.
The first ramp is a solid, monolithic marble plinth with carved steps. The marble used is the silver wave, as it provides a really modern feel since it contrasts the softer and warmer materials used in the living area, such as the white Tuscany marble and the Indian rosewood. The second part of this masterpiece staircase is made of glass steps anchored on one side to a glass plate and on the other side to a metal structure. The final piece of the staircase consists of cantilevered metal steps that are directly anchored to the floor of the rooftop terrace. The third part is entirely in metal. Each step is a single element and is anchored directly to the floor of the upper floor.
As one goes up the stairs the experience starts to evolve; the solid marble evokes a feeling of stability and being grounded, while, as the staircase develops, you start to feel as if you are slowly being lifted off the ground and finally floating on the cantilevered steps to reach the heavenly Eden garden.
A separate high-tech cinema room with an impeccably integrated full sound system ensures a uniquely cinematic experience.
As an artist, the designer composes with a palette of materials of different natures, to find the perfect balance between colours and finishing, to craft an immaculate canvases.
This research is expressed from natural materials like marbles or woods, with veins, different reflects, to the upholstery, rugs, furniture, cushions with fabric colours matching with the one of the design spirit.
The precious stone is used through the apartment in the most prestigious manner. The power of the elegance of marble lies in the technical perfection, from research into the veins of the material to the delicate colour nuances and the fine details. The silver wave marble, characterised by black, brown, and blue streak, used for the stair, is also present throughout the apartment, from the frame of the open plan kitchen, to table tops in the furnishings in order to create a sense of continuity throughout the home. By its very nature it presents a very high complexity of installation.
The elegant and refined white marble, characterized by the presence of fine and very outlined dark veins, that was selected for the floor in the living area originates from the last quarries in Tuscany, Italy, where it was historically used to sculpt beautiful art works. Its high quality and the difficulty in finding high quality blocks makes this marble one of the most exclusive and sought after marbles in the world.

Silver Wave Marble: by its very nature it presents a very high complexity of installation and is characterised by black, brown, and blue streaks.
Historically, Rosewood is one of the most valuable woods used by interior decorators and can be found around Europe in noble houses, where it was used to craft prestigious furniture and musical instruments with unique characteristics that only wood can transmit.
The characteristic of Indian Rosewood veneers is their pale red undertones with marked veins of variable yellow-red-brown tones. The more vivid and remarkable the light pink colour is, the greater quality of the wood is considered. For a warmer and homelier feel in the living area, a pressed American walnut parquet was selected for the floors in the 4 suites, which gives a three dimensional appearance to the surface that is reminiscent of a fabric knit. The parquet is embellished with an extra surface finish that transfers particles and flakes of gold leaf into the material that result in a shiny and reflective quality.
