Raising up to the upper floor though a glass landing, a striking veranda reveals a vast dining area and a Jacuzzi, enjoying sensational views over the Monaco’s surroundings and the Mediterranean sea.
The roof totally in glass with electrical awnings fully controlled with home automation make it a versatile area granting a covering during hot hours of the day, completed by an AC system that permits to climatize or heat the area.
The veranda shelters as well a day head and a Hammam granted of chromotherapy system.
The walls are natural stone called Matrix with brushed finishing (brushing is performed with a metal brush that makes the surface irregular and let come out the shiny effect of the natural “glitter” inside the stone).

Developed and crafted as an outdoor space of a yacht, the summer kitchen has been realized by craftsman in stainless steel 316.
Materials used foresee a plank divided flooring realized in technical material with anti-irradiance properties, while walls are coated with a grey marble with “a spacco” containing small metal deposits that create shiny reflects.
The same floor inside and outside the veranda to create continuity. It’s a synthetic material with high performance technical characteristics usually instead on Yachting decking.
Materials chosen create a natural basis and give continuity throughout the rooms without interruptions. For this reason the material are the same through the different areas, everything has been defined trying to achieve a feeling of continuity.
This aim is accentuated by full height doors and fiat with partial reflecting effect surfaces; high gloss or partially satin lacquered, metals, cement resins, natural marbles are the choices that combine the interiors.

The feeling of airiness and levitation is particularly present in the stair case, real central sculpture piece that permits to see through and directly, facing the windows when entering into the apartment. It has a very solid looking structure as it is produced in iron, steel and breakthrough glass, but at the same time provides a feeling of lightness and elegance.
The threshold on the upper floor is fully in glass to have light passing through from upper to lower floor. The stair has entirely been produced by hand from local craftsman made of steel and glass.
The sophisticated open-plan and airy living/dining room draws attention to a large refined and contemporary fitted kitchen with clear lines, that perfectly fits into the design of the living room.
Custom made and design in-house, the furniture presents a high gloss black wood finishing, and boast a unique piece of 5m of stainless steel.
The furniture present a high gloss finish, the highest layers of paint, offering the greatest reflecting light bringing the final touch of contemporary and luxury elements at the same time.
The same constructive details used on day area furniture are reported on night area elements, designer bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, creating a perfect formal coherence, optimizing any space and meet any need. The lightness effect is also underlined by suspended beds and bathrooms' furniture.
To emphasize the Skyline's feeling of continuity between the spaces and to provide a lightness effect, beds are suspended as in levitation. Ensuring to benefit from the finest craftsmen the world has to offer, these unique beds have been realized by our collective of Italian craftsmen.
